Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How To Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at orlan.company@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
